About the Role As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at CarDon and Associates, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care across all shifts. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the daily activities of residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Additionally, you will monitor patients' health status, administer medications, and provide education to both residents and their families.
