About The Position

The Center for Human Development, (CHD), is currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse, (LPN), to work flexible business hours Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. The LPN would become part of our Adult Day Health Location in Springfield, MA. Ask us about the $2000.00 sign-on bonus offered for this role! YOUR ROLE AS An LPN WITH CHD: In this LPN position you will assist the program with Health Assessments, obtaining medical documents/information that pertains to the adults and will provide direct services to the clients. They will also manage medications, doctor's orders, and medical paperwork. The program nurse will work closely with the program staff, doctor's offices, and families. Requirements

• LPN in good standing
• Demonstrated commitment to serving those with significant needs
• Valid driver’s license and registered vehicle
• Computer skills are necessary
• Ability to be certified in CPR and First Aid
• All candidates must complete and pass background record screening process

Nice To Haves

• Strong written skills and experience with Electronic Health Record Management is a plus
