Requirements

  • Current LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
  • Completion of an accredited Practical Nurse program.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Over 21 of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • LPN Certification from an accredited program and a valid, active, unrestricted in-state license to practice as an LPN required.
  • Regional Approval required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a medical setting preferred, but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical history.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Develop and maintain accurate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management and care procedures.
  • Perform routine laboratory tests and assist in diagnostic procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in the patient care areas.
