Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nurse program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Over 21 of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- LPN Certification from an accredited program and a valid, active, unrestricted in-state license to practice as an LPN required.
- Regional Approval required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a medical setting preferred, but not mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of health care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop and maintain accurate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and care procedures.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and assist in diagnostic procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the patient care areas.
