Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio (required)
• CPR certification required
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and compassionate mindset
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Dependable, adaptable, and resident-focused

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in Assisted Living, long-term care, or senior care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, resident-centered nursing care in an Assisted Living setting
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident health and report changes promptly to RNs and physicians
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and families
