About The Position
Lubbock State Supported Living Center LVN Need 3 LVNs Needed: Shifts would be either- 2pm-10pm (Required to work every other weekend shift) OR two doubles on the weekend
Requirements
- Licensed to practice Nursing in Texas (LVN)
- 1 year, but preferably 2+ years as a direct care nurse
- Competent in advanced skills such as gastrostomy tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, etc.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments
- provide medication education and complete documentation
- Perform computer data entry – Receive full training
