About The Position

A Skilled Nursing Facility in Orange, NJ is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its clinical team. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting. The LPN will provide direct resident care, medication administration, and clinical support within a structured SNF environment.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPN license required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an LPN in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting required
• Strong medication administration and documentation skills
• Experience managing multiple residents in a fast-paced SNF environment
• Familiarity with EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or physician
• Perform wound care and treatments within LPN scope of practice
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with New Jersey regulations and infection control standards
• Support resident safety, dignity, and quality of care
