Your Mission: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

Requirements

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in this state
• At least six (6) months as a staff nurse in a long-term care facility

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to the residents
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
• Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver exceptional care
• Coordinate and administer medications, adhering to the 5 rights of medication administration
