Licensed Practical Nurse LPN
About The Position
Conifer Park is looking for an LPN to join our nursing team at our Outpatient Clinic in Schenectady, NY. In this role, the LPN collaborates with the RN in the implementation of a total health care regime, provides data to assist in the evaluation of patients' responses to plan of care, administers medication safely and accurately while working closely with Medical and Clinical staff. SIGN-ON BONUS: $6,000 (Based on a 40-hour schedule; bonus will be prorated based on hours): $1,500 after completion of the orientation period, $1,500 after six (6) months of continuous employment, and $3,000 after one (1) year of continuous employment.
Requirements
- Vocational/Technical School
- Current NYS LPN license with a minimum 1 year of experience
- CPR certification required
- Background checks, pre-employment & drug screenings required
