Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
Assessing and monitoring the health status of residents. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Documenting resident care plans and progress notes. Communicating with healthcare professionals and family members. Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.
