We are recruiting positive, happy, and reliable Full-time and Part-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team! Edenbrook Green Bay is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Post Acute Nurse to join our Rehabilitation Unit. The successful candidate will provide excellent care to our patients and ensure their speedy recovery. Position: Licensed Practical Nurse Reasons to work at Edenbrook: $7,500 Sign on Bonus for FT $3,750 Sign on Bonus for PT Shift Differentials: PM: $2.00/hr. & NOC: $2.50/hr. WE PM: $2.50 and WE NOC: $3.00 $5,250 in yearly Tuition Reimbursement/Student Loan Repayment. Employee referral bonuses.

Requirements

• Customer service orientated
• A Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN, LPN Nurse, LVN, New Grad LPN, Nursing student
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
• You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile!
• Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Hold a Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long term care setting
• A natural problem solver
• Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff

Nice To Haves

• Experienced in long-term care preferred

Responsibilities

• To provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
• Direct the day to day activities of the nursing assistants
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family
• Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy
