Requirements
- 1 Year Experience Required.
- Trach Experience and G-tube feeding experience required.
- Active LA LPN License
- Active BLS Certification
- Current TB Skin Test, Quantiferon Results, or Chest X-Ray
- Hep B (or declination)
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 care for elementary school age child with profound medical condition during the 2025-2026 school year.
- Assignment is Monday-Friday for the entire school year.
- Continuous monitoring child through school day.
- Reports any changes in physical status of student.
- Responds quickly in any circumstance and cares for student professionally and courteously.
