About The Position
Centurion Health contracts with state and local governments nationwide to provide comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and other community settings. We are currently seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Idaho State Correctional Institution located in Kuna, Idaho. The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients in the Reception Diagnostic Unit. Licensed Practical Nurses work under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.
Requirements
- Idaho Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
