Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Overnight Shift (11pm–7am) Location: Pyramid Healthcare – York, PA Hourly Rate: $30–$34/hour (before differentials) Schedule: Full-time, five shifts per week with every other weekend required Pyramid Healthcare at York provides comprehensive treatment services for adults experiencing Substance Use Disorders. Requirements

  • Current or pending LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

  • Complete initial nursing assessments for all new admissions.
  • Administer medications and educate clients on medication regimens.
  • Learn and assist with detox protocols, including COWS and CIWA assessments.
  • Coordinate with medical providers to support assessments and medication management.
  • Maintain medical equipment and ensure proper functionality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
