About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will support the care of medically complex individuals undergoing inpatient treatment for substance use disorders in a structured, healing environment. As an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in delivering safe, patient-centered care that supports long-term recovery.

Requirements

Current LPN license in the state of Maryland (or compact state)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in a medical-surgical, emergency room (ER), intensive care unit (ICU), detox, behavioral health, or addiction treatment settings
BLS certification required
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines and physician orders
Monitor and document patients’ conditions, reporting any changes to the RN or provider promptly
Assist with patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, and health maintenance
Support patients through detox and treatment protocols with compassion and professionalism
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
