Position Type: Part-Time Shifts Available (including every other weekend): Nights 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM New Wage Range: $27 - $32.52 per hour based on experience Bonus: $5,000 Location: 710 S Kenwood Avenue, Moose Lake, Minnesota 55767
Requirements
- Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
- Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
- Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
- Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
- Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
- Documents care using electronic charting systems.
- Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
