As a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at VNA of Ohio Hospice Operations, LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will center around providing exceptional patient care in a supportive, onsite environment. You will assist registered nurses in developing individualized care plans, monitor patients' vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed.
