Requirements

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of New York.
• Maintaining valid Basic Life Support CPR certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively, uphold resident rights, and adhere to facility responsibilities.
• Compliance with mandatory health examinations, vaccinations, and background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with New York State regulations and Monroe Community Hospital (MCH) policies.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being of residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Work under the supervision of the MCH Nurse Manager during the day and the MCH Nursing Supervisor in the evenings and at night.
