About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our team at Sheboygan Senior Community. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met in a supportive and respectful environment. We provide short-term rehab, assisted living, skilled nursing, and end of life care to 85 residents in 4 households. We are proud to give back to our community through the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Adopt-a-Highway, Casual for a Cause Mondays, and so much more. Requirements

  • Must have active Wisconsin Nursing License
  • Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and document residents’ health status
  • Collaborate with physicians and care team members
  • Supervise CNAs and support staff
  • Respond to emergencies and changes in condition
  • Maintain accurate medical records
