About The Position

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Home Care Assignment Milford, NH Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a patient in Milford, New Hampshire. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide one-on-one care to a young female cerebral palsy patient in their home, assisting with daily activities and providing professional medical care with g-tube, trach care, kyphosis, and seizure precautions. Pay Rate: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $29.00/HR Hours:10 hour shifts, 7am-5pm

Requirements

• Valid Nursing License (RN/LPN) in the State of New Hampshire
• Home care experience preferred
• Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
• Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.
• Promptly responding to and managing medical emergencies.
