Requirements

  • Current LPN license in New York State.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct resident care during evening and weekend shifts.
  • Administer medications and monitor resident health.
  • Assist with daily living activities while maintaining a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment.
  • Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
