We are currently offering a weekend baylor program! Presently hiring for the following weekend shifts: 3pm-7am or 7am-11pm. Work just two 16-hour shifts and still get paid for a full 40-hour work week! We are also happy to announce a new student loan forgiveness program - ask us for details!!! Transitions Healthcare North Huntingdon is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team of talented caregivers. Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program
• Must have a valid LPN license in PA

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and report adverse reactions to medications or treatments
• Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately
• Report the condition of a patient back to RNs (Registered Nurses) and doctors
• Communicate openly and effectively with patients and families, while demonstrating compassion and friendly behavior
