Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Nursing (Immediate Hire)

We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-to-one private duty nursing care in patients’ homes. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who values flexibility, professional growth, and making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. We offer stable, consistent case assignments, and per diem positions are also available. Compensation: $37–45 per hour, depending on experience and case Differentials available for high-acuity cases Referral and Sign-up Bonuses Available Paid Training Provided
Requirements
- Active NYS LPN License
- CPR Certification
- Infection Control Certificate
- Ability to work the assigned schedule
- Home care or PDN experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual in Spanish or Russian is a plus)
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
