About The Position
CSA Homecare is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for a high-acuity veteran in the Covington, Ga area. This is a long-term care position supporting a client who requires personal care, Tube Feeding, NRO and dedicated clinical attention. We are hiring and are looking for LPNs available to work 30+ hours/week.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Experience with tube feeding and wound care (Required)
- Reliable transportation to/from Covington, Ga
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
- Must be compassionate, detail-oriented, and professional
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for a high-acuity veteran in a homecare setting
- Perform Tube feeding and maintenance
- Conduct wound care and monitoring
- Document care provided and communicate with the care team
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
