Position Requirements: Provide 1:1 care for elementary school age child with profound medical condition during the 2025-2026 school year. Trach Experience and G-tube feeding experience required. Assignment is Monday-Friday for the entire school year. Continuous monitoring child through school day. Reports any changes in physical status of student. Responds quickly in any circumstance and cares for student professionally and courteously. Requirements
- 1 Year Experience Required
- Trach Experience required
- G-tube feeding experience required
- Active LA LPN License
- Active BLS Certification
- Current TB Skin Test, Quantiferon Results, or Chest X-Ray
- Hep B (or declination)
