Uphold organizational standards of excellence, integrity, and compliance in daily operations. Utilize clinical and administrative tools to manage care delivery and team performance effectively.

Requirements

  • High school education (required)
  • Active, unencumbered Connecticut LPN licensure
  • CPR certification
  • Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance.
