Harmony River is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Harmony River in Hutchinson, MN. We are currently hiring for: Full Time NOC/Overnight Community Shift Times: NOC/Overnights: 2230 - 0630 The warm and inviting community of Harmony River is located in western Minnesota. Requirements

  • Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

  • The purpose of your position is to put “Smiles in the Eyes of our Residents” by fulfilling Presbyterian Homes’ mission, purpose, motto, commitment to service, promise, and practices.
  • You will be responsible for the provision and monitoring of high-quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
  • You will monitor the work of Medication Assistants, Resident Assistants and Resident Aides in the community on his/her assigned shift.
  • You will report directly to the RN, Clinical Coordinator or Clinical Administrator as designated at the site and may take direction from the Community Coordinator.
