Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Weekend Overnight Shift (7pm–7am) Location: Pyramid Healthcare – York, PA Hourly Rate: $30–$34/hour (before differentials) Schedule: Full-time, three 12-hour shifts every week — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Pyramid Healthcare at York is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate treatment for adults navigating Substance Use Disorders. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our weekend overnight team and contribute meaningfully to our clients’ healing and progress. Requirements

  • Current or pending LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

  • Complete initial nursing assessments for new admissions.
  • Administer medications and provide medication education to clients.
  • Learn and assist with detox protocols using COWS and CIWA scales.
  • Coordinate with medical providers to support assessments and medication adjustments.
  • Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and maintained.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
