Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Weekend Overnight Shift (7pm–7am) Location: Pyramid Healthcare – York, PA Hourly Rate: $30–$34/hour (before differentials) Schedule: Full-time, three 12-hour shifts every week — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Pyramid Healthcare at York is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate treatment for adults navigating Substance Use Disorders. Requirements

Current or pending LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

Complete initial nursing assessments for new admissions.
Administer medications and provide medication education to clients.
Learn and assist with detox protocols using COWS and CIWA scales.
Coordinate with medical providers to support assessments and medication adjustments.
Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and maintained.
Perform other duties as assigned.
