Requirements
- Diploma of LPN or LVN, from and accredited National League of Nursing (NLN) approved program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Continuously employed in the practice of an LPN/L VN for 1 year in the last three years prior to start of work at the MTF.
- Current, full, active and unrestricted license as a practical or vocational nurse
