Competitive Pay: LPN: Value rate $35 – $41.75/hr. - based on getting paid for 5 days and working 4 days Shift Differentials: · Weekdays: 2nd Shift + $2/hr. and 3rd Shift + $2/hr. · Weekends: 1st Shift + $2/hr. and 2nd Shift + $3/hr. and 3rd Shift + $3.50/hr. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Must possess and maintain a current RN or LPN nursing license in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
  • Minimum of 3 yrs of nursing experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care in a low resident-to-staff ratio environment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
  • Administer medications, monitor conditions, and implement individualized care plans
  • Mentor and support LNAs and LMNAs to foster a positive, compassionate workplace
