Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing (Nebraska or compact state)
- Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations (or willingness to learn)
- A heart for seniors and a passion for excellent nursing care
