About The Position

Concordia at Rebecca Residence in Allison Park offers personal care or long-term nursing care. Nestled in front of a 52-acre backdrop of woodlands and picturesque landscape, our beautiful location has a rural feeling, but is just a half hour away from the shopping, restaurants and culture of Pittsburgh. We strive to hire excellent people at Concordia - and keep them as well! We are currently seeking LPNs for 6am-230pm and 10pm-630am . As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible providing high quality care for the residents here at Concordia.

Requirements

Graduate of an approved school of nursing
Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

Administering medication
Completing accurate and timely resident assessments
Documentation
Coordinating resident care under the direction of the resident’s physician
Supervising the care provided on the units and providing resident care, treatment, and procedures
Demonstration of leadership ability and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
