About The Position

Cedar Park Med is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time openings, with all shifts available . This opportunity is ideal for an LPN who is comfortable providing hands-on resident care, supporting clinical workflows, and working closely with nurses, providers, residents, and families in a structured care environment. Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, or recent graduate eligible to begin practice
• Experience in long-term care, rehab, or nursing home settings is helpful, but training may be available for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care based on resident needs and care plans
• Obtain and document vital signs and observe changes in resident condition
• Review medical records and support accurate charting
• Assist physicians and registered nurses with resident care and clinical tasks
• Administer medications, injections, and other ordered treatments
• Support wound care and resident comfort measures
• Perform basic diagnostic and specimen-related tasks as needed
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the healthcare team
