Requirements

  • Active LPN license in the State of Washington
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Commitment to resident-centered, compassionate care

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN and physician
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor residents’ health status and promptly document any changes
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
  • Build positive, supportive relationships with residents and their families
