If so, we would love to have you on our team! We are hiring full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to help ensure that medical needs of the individuals we serve are met. Additionally, you have the opportunity to assist people with daily living skills, including emotional and social support, in their homes and in the community. No experience is required to qualify for these positions within the agency.

Requirements

• Current LPN license
• Valid driver’s license
• Access to a vehicle
• Ability to pass our employment screening process

Responsibilities

• Ensure that medical needs of the individuals we serve are met.
• Assist people with daily living skills, including emotional and social support, in their homes and in the community.
