RN/LPN Position Details: · Observe patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor of patient's condition and reaction to medication, treatments, and significant incidents. · Respond to life saving situations based on nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol. · Take and record patients' vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient · Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care · Perform skills base on the patient needs. Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, push and pull.
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Must have physical within the year
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Ability to pass criminal background checks and drug screening.
- Must have hands on CPR card.
- Active RN/ LPN Licenses in the state of IL
Responsibilities
