Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Jersey
- CPR/AED certification required
- Experience in hospital, long-term care, subacute, or rehabilitation settings preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with geriatric populations is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and resident care duties as assigned
- Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed care; record vital signs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resident conditions and communicate effectively with the care team
- Give and receive shift reports; handle telephone inquiries
- Transcribe physician orders accurately
- Assess resident needs and report changes in condition
- Maintain accurate charting and medication records
