About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced Per Diem Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated clinical team throughout Pennsauken, NJ and Camden County . If you are passionate about pediatric nursing and value building meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients, we would love to hear from you. As an Affirmed Pediatric LPN, you will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients with complex medical needs in the comfort of their homes. Our cases allow you to focus fully on your patient—without the fast-paced environment of a facility. We are especially interested in nurses who have experience caring for medically fragile children , including those requiring tracheostomy and/or ventilator support . Most shifts are 8–12 hours , offering consistency, flexibility, and the opportunity to truly make a difference in a child’s life.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent pediatric nursing experience in an acute care or home care setting preferred
• 1 year of pediatric trach and vent experience preferred
• Experience caring for medically complex pediatric patients
• Active NJ LPN license
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
