Requirements
- Current NYS LPN license
- 2-3 years of LPN experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply for select placements)
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and facility protocols
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and compassion for patient care
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care under the supervision of RNs or facility leadership
- Administer medications and treatments per policy and care plans
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Accurately chart all care and interventions using EMR tools
- Foster a compassionate environment that supports both residents and families
