Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN license (Ohio or multistate)
- High School Diploma
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with supervising physicians and mid-level providers
- Follow standing orders, protocols, and policies
- Perform venipuncture and phlebotomy
- Administer IM injections
- Obtain vitals and perform related supervised clinical functions
- Assist with EKGs
- Maintain lab equipment, documentation, and quality control
- Manage weekly inventory and ordering
- Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory
