About The Position

Requirements

  • Licensed LPN in NY – Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Spanish/English Bilingual – Required – Essential for patient communication and education.
  • Comfort with Injections & Testing – Will train for specialty-specific procedures.
  • Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills – Patient education is key in this role.
  • Calm, Professional Demeanor – Ability to manage fast-paced clinic days and occasional urgent situations.
  • Tech-Savvy – EMR experience is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Allergy, ENT, or Primary Care – Preferred, but not required.
  • EMR experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide a Warm, Professional Experience Welcome patients, triage efficiently, and prepare exam rooms to support smooth patient flow.
  • Deliver Essential Clinical Care Perform allergy-related testing, injections, spirometry, immunotherapy administration, and assist clinicians during procedures.
  • Support Clinical Documentation Accurately document care and update EMR records (experience preferred).
  • Assist Patients & Families Help with forms, prior authorizations, referrals, and patient education related to allergy, asthma, and ENT treatment plans.
  • Maintain a Clean & Safe Environment Ensure exam rooms, equipment, and supplies meet quality and safety standards.
  • Promote Quality Care Provide compassionate, professional support to patients with chronic conditions such as asthma, sinus issues, and environmental/food allergies.
