Requirements
- Licensed LPN in NY – Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Spanish/English Bilingual – Required – Essential for patient communication and education.
- Comfort with Injections & Testing – Will train for specialty-specific procedures.
- Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills – Patient education is key in this role.
- Calm, Professional Demeanor – Ability to manage fast-paced clinic days and occasional urgent situations.
- Tech-Savvy – EMR experience is a plus
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Allergy, ENT, or Primary Care – Preferred, but not required.
- EMR experience
Responsibilities
- Provide a Warm, Professional Experience Welcome patients, triage efficiently, and prepare exam rooms to support smooth patient flow.
- Deliver Essential Clinical Care Perform allergy-related testing, injections, spirometry, immunotherapy administration, and assist clinicians during procedures.
- Support Clinical Documentation Accurately document care and update EMR records (experience preferred).
- Assist Patients & Families Help with forms, prior authorizations, referrals, and patient education related to allergy, asthma, and ENT treatment plans.
- Maintain a Clean & Safe Environment Ensure exam rooms, equipment, and supplies meet quality and safety standards.
- Promote Quality Care Provide compassionate, professional support to patients with chronic conditions such as asthma, sinus issues, and environmental/food allergies.
