Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in good standing
• Experienced in patient care, medication administration, and documentation
• Calm under pressure and confident in emergencies
• Ready to work independently while still part of a dependable team
• Open to a setting that’s different — and better than what you may be used to
• All applicants must pass drug screening and obtain facility-issued security clearance before beginning employment.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily patient care and assessments
• Administering prescribed medications accurately and on time
• Documenting observations, progress, and interventions
• Responding confidently to medical emergencies
• Collaborating with providers and staying within your LPN scope
