You will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate and holistic care to The Lutheran Home residents, making a profound impact on their overall well-being. Through diligent assessment, monitoring, and personalized care planning, nurses ensure that residents receive the medical attention and support they need to thrive physically, emotionally, and mentally. By fostering trusting relationships and open communication with residents and their families, nurses create a supportive and nurturing environment where residents feel valued and respected. Schedule Varies: This position is full time . The shifts vary from 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am with every other weekend PM and NOC shift rotation.
Requirements
- Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nursing license required.
- At least 1 year of Nursing experience required.
- Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in working with older adults is preferred
