Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing Facility Location: Orange, NJ A well-established skilled nursing facility in Orange, NJ is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its clinical team. This role is ideal for an LPN who is comfortable in a fast-paced long-term care or skilled nursing environment and values quality resident care.

Requirements

Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting (required)
Strong medication administration and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Reliable, professional, and resident-focused

Nice To Haves

Experience with EMRs preferred

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly to the RN or physician
Perform wound care, treatments, and basic assessments within LPN scope
Document care accurately in the medical record
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and infection control standards
Support resident comfort, dignity, and overall quality of life
