Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active, unrestricted State of Michigan LPN license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) within 90 days of hir
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to use proper body mechanics and safety techniques
- Visual and auditory acuity for patient assessment and communication
- Ability to operate clinical tools and computer systems
- Reliable transportation for occasional travel (you will not transport clients)
- Ability to provide hands-on care in a home setting. Duties include standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, lifting, positioning, and assisting with mobility and activities of daily living.
