Requirements

• Current LPN license in good standing
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Willingness to learn and uphold long-term care regulations and standards

Responsibilities

• Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed
• Prepare and administer treatments and medications per physician orders
• Notify physicians and family members of resident condition changes
• Provide skilled nursing services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, wound care, and irrigations as necessary
• Monitor and provide continuous observation for seriously ill residents
• Advocate for residents, ensuring care aligns with their care plans and personal wishes
• Complete required documentation and charting accurately and on time
• Deliver compassionate, professional care to geriatric residents requiring 24/7 support

• Consistent Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (6 PM - 6 AM), 3 days per week
