Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
- Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience highly preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
Responsibilities
- PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings
- Aide with daily activities
- Pass medications
- Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
- Check vitals
- Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment
