Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN licensure.
- New Nurses welcome
- Ability to make home visits and provide nursing care in the home environment
- Ability to complete necessary documentation appropriately, legibly, and timely
Responsibilities
- Complete Medication set up for home bound clients
- Check vitals
- Monitor skin condition
- Nail Care
- Supervisory Visits
- Other duties as assigned
