About The Position
Otterbein is seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a career focused on person-centered care. The LPN will direct resident care, collaborate with physicians, residents, and multi-disciplinary team members, and provide physical and psychological support to residents, families, and team members. At Otterbein, employees are considered "Partners in Caring," working together to deliver compassionate, quality care in vibrant communities, small house neighborhoods, Home Health, Hospice, or Home Office settings. The organization is under new ownership and management, formerly Green Hills Community, now Otterbein Green Hills, a senior living community offering continuing care in West Liberty, Ohio.
Requirements
- Graduate of approved nursing program
- Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- CPR
- 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired
