Shift Details: FT, Days, 3/12's FT, Nights, 3/12's What You’ll Do As a Licensed Practical Nurse , you’ll be a clinical leader, working as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver and oversee high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll promote both the physical and mental well-being of residents through assessments, care planning, and coordination.
Requirements
- Active Colorado LPN License (DORA)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Responsibilities
- Performing patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Coordinating and monitoring medical services, including medication management
- Collaborating with physicians and team members to deliver effective treatment
- Administering IVs and advanced nursing interventions
- Documenting care and ensuring regulatory compliance
