Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Active, unencumbered Connecticut LPN licensure
- Active CPR certification
- Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance
Responsibilities
- Supervise, guide, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Coordinate and oversee resident care plans, addressing any issues that arise during shifts.
- Interact with residents and families, promoting a compassionate and customer-focused environment.
- Uphold organizational standards of excellence, integrity, and compliance in daily operations.
- Utilize clinical and administrative tools to manage care delivery and team performance effectively.
